Rabbi Gershon Lieder CEO Rabbi Gershon Lieder holds a Doctorate from University in Canada, and has completed management courses in Bar Ilan University.   Immediately after completing his military service in the Israeli Air Force and the Military Rabbinate he was appointed Director of Sanz Community Institutions in Netanya.    At the age of 30 Rabbi Lieder was called by the Rebbe of Klausenburg, Maran Rabbi Yekusiel Yehuda Halberstam, author of the “Shefa Chayim”, to establish the Laniado Sanz Medical Center, where he served as CEO for 25 years, during this time supplementing his experience with training  in a hospital management consultancy firm in the United States.   In 2006 he resigned from his position as CEO of Laniado Hospital to found a consultancy firm , part of whose services included providing advice in establishing emergency rooms in Arad and other places in Israel, day centers for special needs children, and advising investors in acquiring Bikur Holim hospital in Jerusalem.    In 2008 Rabbi Lieder was appointed by his rebbe, the present Sanzer Rebbe Shlita, to head the World Board of Trustees of the Laniado Sanz Medical Center, a position he has held until his present appointment as CEO of Mayanei Hayeshua.

Prof. Mordechai Ravid Medical Director He established and directed two hospitals in Israel, participated in the planning of the hospital system as a consultant to the Planning Department of the Ministry of Health, and has served in positions in the General Health Service and in the Maccabi Health Fund. He has run the departments of internal medicine for many years, has taught generations of physicians, and directed research in the field of diabetes and hypertension. He also serves as a consultant to business and research organizations in various technological fields.

Mr. Nadav Chen Administrative Director Mr. Chen has been the Administrative Director since 2005.  He has participated in the extensive reforms and accelerated development of the Medical Center. For 9 years he occupied a range of management positions in hi-tech companies and, in New York, for two years was the CEO of a company in the field of publications and advertising. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Economics, and a Master's degree in Management.

Dr. Menachem Haim Breuer Deputy Medical Director and Representative of the Rabbinical Committee for Medical Ethics   Dr. Breuer began his medical studies in the Saint-Luc Faculty of Medicine in  Brussels University,  Belgium; continuing them in the Faculty of Medicine of Bologna University, Italy, where he received his MD. He has worked in the Tel Aviv Medical Center (Ichilov) in the departments of Internal Medicine Geriatrics and Home Care and Community Geriatrics. He was honored with the Rotary Award for Medicine in Tel Aviv for his work at the Tel Aviv Medical Center. For some 10 years he was the physician in charge, for the Tel Aviv Municipality "Givat Hashelosha" Geriatric Center in Petach Tikva. He is a member of the Government Committee for legislation of the "Dying Patient Act". He specializes in medical ethics and Halacha, subject to Daas Torah.

Ms. Lucia Biton Head Nurse Ms. Biton holds a postgraduate degree in Health Systems Management from the Israel College.  She has a BA from Tel Aviv University, and is also a graduate of a midwifery course in Assaf Harofeh Hospital. She has served as the Nurse in Charge of the delivery room in Mayanei HaYeshua Medical Center, and as Nurse in Charge of the Maternity Department in the Medical Center.  She has also served as Public Health Nurse in the city of Ashdod.

Ms. Hanna Ram Chief Financial Officer Ms. Ram has been the CFO at Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center since 2007.  She is responsible for the financial and budgetary management of the medical center.   Ms. Ram, CPA,  holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in capital market finance, financial engineering and banking.   In the past she worked for Bank Tefachot in its Cash department, mainly issuing financial reports for the Bank of Israel.
