Nursing Management
Sharon Eizer
Director of Nursing and Chief Nurse, specializing in nursing policy and administration. She holds
an RN and a BSN in nursing from Hadassah and the Hebrew University, and a master's degree
in health systems management and public health from Bar-Ilan University (MPHA), along with a
foundational course in neonatal and pediatric intensive care. She worked as a NICU nurse and
held a range of management roles in the neonatal intensive care unit at Sheba Medical Center,
later leading the Neonatal and Infant Division at Mayanei Hayeshua and serving as Deputy
Director of Nursing. She also sits on Ministry of Health steering committees and writes and
examines for the national course in nursing policy and administration.
Vered Tabach
She holds an RN and a BSN in nursing from Tel Aviv University and a master's degree in health
systems management from Clark University, together with specialist training in quality, safety,
and risk management, and in JCI accreditation. She previously served as charge nurse and
deputy charge nurse of an internal medicine department at Ichilov (Sourasky) Medical Center,
coordinated management and qualification courses at the Shenbrun-Ichilov Nursing School, and
led quality and safety across the community for Maccabi Healthcare Services in the Central
District. She lectures on the fundamentals of nursing and on management at the nursing school,
serves on Ministry of Health steering committees for quality, safety, and medical records, and
works as a clinical instructor in internal medicine.
Ortal Yefet
She holds an RN and a BSN in nursing from Tel Aviv University and an MA in health systems
management from the Ramat Gan Academic College, along with a clinical instruction course.
She brings a military background from the Medical Corps, where she served as deputy charge
nurse in a surgical department.
Michal Ben Dov
She holds an RN and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Jerusalem and an MHA in health
systems management from Ben-Gurion University, along with a clinical instruction course and a
foundational course in primary community care. She has worked as charge nurse of an internal
medicine department at Sheba and as charge nurse of clinics at Maccabi Healthcare Services,
and currently serves as charge nurse of the outpatient clinics.
