MRI, magnetic resonance imaging, is a non-invasive scan used to simulate internal organs in the body for medical diagnostic purposes without exposure to ionizing radiation. The test is mainly effective for imaging of the central nervous system, and it enables the observation of tumors from different angles, including 3D reconstruction.
At the end of the test, the subject receives a disc containing the imaging.
A radiologist (a specialist in decoding imaging tests) will interpret the test within 21 days of it being performed, and the results will be sent to the address given (email, home address, fax).

MRI at the institute is mainly used for central nervous system imaging:
Brain and spinal cord
Joints (knee and shoulder)
Soft tissue (such as bone marrow)
Detection of brain tumors
Multiple Sclerosis Diagnosis
Assessment of the condition of the knee menisci
Spinal Disc Herniation
For any request to schedule an appointment, it is mandatory to send the referral from the attending physician to fax number: 03-6153725
