The Heart Institute specializes in diagnosing cardiovascular diseases, non-invasively. The institute performs tests for early diagnosis of diseases and various problems affecting heart rate and blood vessels, for preoperative evaluation and the monitoring of chronic patients. The experts at the institute who have a wealth of experience in the field of cardiology, use particularly advanced medical equipment.
Apart from the tests, the medical team provides personal cardiology advice to enable treating the patients according to their individual needs.

Echocardiography
Cardiac Ultrasound test The test enables the assessment of heart function and heart structure, provides information on birth defects, valve function and thickness in the contraction of the heart muscle.
Holter
24-hour heart rate monitoring test. A tiny portable device is attached to the patient. Itrecords the ECG for this period of time, which enables a 24-hour monitoring the ECG registration and diagnosis of arrhythmias during that time.
24-hour blood pressure Holter
24-hour blood pressure monitoring test. In this test, a tiny portable device is attached to the patient that allows the blood pressure to be monitored during the test period, detecting disorders should any exist.
Ergometry
A stress test that records heart activity and blood pressure while ECG monitoring is performed. The test gives information about: heart fitness, lack of oxygen to the heart, arrhythmias and blood pressure in response to exertion.
Exertional Echocardiography
A stress test combined with an echo test at rest and under exertion. The test enables assessment of the functioning of the heart muscle at rest and upon exertion, and enables situations where there is a lack of oxygen supply to the heart muscle to be diagnosed. The test is as diagnostically useful as heart mapping (imaging), and its advantage is that it is radiation-free.
