Pediatric Nephrology Clinic

About

The kidneys play a major role in regulating fluid and salt balance in the body, filtering out toxins, producing hormones, and maintaining normal blood pressure. Kidney dysfunction can affect a child’s development or lead to high blood pressure, kidney failure, or imbalances in the body’s salt levels. Early diagnosis and appropriate medical care help prevent complications and improve children’s quality of life.

The clinic provides treatment and ongoing monitoring for children with disorders of the kidneys and urinary system.
