Dr. Miraz Shugol

Dr. Miraz Shugol is the Head of the Day Treatment Department at the Mental Health Center of Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center.

She previously served as a physician assistant in the geriatric department at Rabin Medical Center – Beilinson Hospital. She completed her medical internship with distinction at Wolfson Medical Center. She also worked as a physician at the Ministry of Defense clinic, where she treated combat trauma survivors and focused on the effects of trauma.

Dr. Shugol served as director of the psycho-oncology clinic at Sheba Medical Center, where she also worked as Deputy Head of the Acute Psychiatry Department, including both closed and open wards, and practiced as a psychiatrist.
