Ms. Sharon Eiser

Sharon Eiser (BSN, RN) is a graduate of the Hadassah School of Nursing and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and holds a master’s degree in health systems management and public health (MPH) from Bar-Ilan University. She also completed an advanced course in neonatal and pediatric intensive care.

She joined Sheba Medical Center in 1993 as a nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit, where she served as team leader, deputy charge nurse, and acting charge nurse. From 2008 to 2010 she ran the neonatal and infant division at Mayanei Hayeshua, and from 2010 to 2014 she served as the hospital’s Deputy Director of Nursing.

She developed the national registration and simulation examination for neonatal intensive care nursing, and serves as an examiner in the field.
