Shlomo Rothschild

Shlomo Rothschild was involved in every stage of the Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center’s construction and growth, from well before it opened, working alongside his father, Dr. Moshe Rothschild, the center’s founder and president.

From 2004 he served as administrative director of the psychiatric division (Chiba), while working intensively with his father on fundraising abroad. He was appointed Assistant CEO in 2011 and Deputy CEO in 2013, taking responsibility for the hospital’s finances, procurement agreements, and development budgets, as well as overseeing its accelerated construction. In 2015 he was appointed CEO of the medical center.

Throughout his career he has also worked independently in the business sector in Israel and abroad, and has volunteered for many years with organizations that support patients and their families. He is a graduate of the Beit Mattityahu and Kfar Chassidim yeshivas, and trained in health economics and healthcare systems management.
