Malki Konopnitsky has served as Director of the Operating Rooms at Mayanei HaYeshua Medical Center for over 15 years.

She holds a B.A. in Education and Humanities from Ono Academic College and an M.A. in Health Systems Management from Ramat Gan Academic College.

She also participates in the Inbar Program, an initiative dedicated to building a network of senior leaders committed to driving meaningful change and advancing Israel’s public healthcare system.

Dr. Michael Peer, graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, serves as Head of the Cardiology Division at Mayanei HaYeshua Medical Center.

He completed his residency in the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Assaf Harofeh Medical Center in Be’er Ya’akov. He later served as Head of the Thoracic Surgery Unit at Wolfson Medical Center in Holon, and subsequently as Head of the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Assaf Harofeh Medical Center.

Dr. Far founded the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv and later served as Head of the Department.

Dr. Moshe Levy, graduate of Paris-Est Créteil University, serves as Head of the Women’s Inpatient Department at the Mental Health Center of Mayanei HaYeshua Medical Center.

He previously worked at Lev Hasharon Mental Health Center, affiliated with Tel Aviv University, in Tzur Moshe.

Dr. Leonid Kikenzon, graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, serves as Head of the Adolescent Inpatient Department at the Mental Health Center of Mayanei HaYeshua Medical Center.

He completed his residency in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Geha Mental Health Center in Petah Tikva, where he later continued working as a senior psychiatrist. He was appointed Vice President of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Section of the European Psychiatric Association (AEP).

In addition, he worked for many years as a consulting psychiatrist for ALUT residential facilities. He also served as Acting Director of the Adolescent Day Department at Geha Mental Health Center, as well as Head of a clinical unit. Later, he served as Deputy Director of the Child and Adolescent Clinic at Geha Mental Health Center.

Prof. Eliyahu Patrick Sorkin, graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Paris, serves as Head of the Intensive Care Unit at Mayanei HaYeshua Medical Center.

He completed his training at a private hospital as a physician in the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care. He worked in the Intensive Care Unit at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa and later served as Head of the Intensive Care Unit at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv. For many years, he also lectured at the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Itay Holzer, a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, serves as Head of the Orthopedic Department at Mayanei HaYeshua Medical Center.

He completed his internship at Rabin Medical Center (Beilinson Hospital) in Petah Tikva, and later specialized in Orthopedic Surgery at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv.

Alongside his residency, he worked at emergency medical clinics of the health funds and volunteered at the migrant workers clinic in Tel Aviv on behalf of Physicians for Human Rights.
